HypnoBirthing is a birth preparation program created by Marie Mongan that works on two levels. While on one hand the mind learns to relax and let go with daily relaxation practice, the course is structured to work at a deeper level to change the visual of birth that may be cause of fear for many women.
HB training is now available in India. This is the third year of training. Workshops are being offered at Delhi and Bangalore and are listed on the HB website www.hypnobirthing.com. We could be looking at a Mumbai training as well. Its a 4 day workshop for the training

If someone is interested in the training who is neither a childbirth professional or a Hypnotherapist they would have to do a home study birth basic course, with an additional charge.
